After court decision, NBCC which is govt. organization governing all pending Amrapali projects under the supervision of supreme court receiver.

Project is now on good track and progressing well so far.

High Court Stay Order and demolition of few builder's projects

                  This is really a panic news  among the buyers of the projects location in patawari , Iteda and Tugalpur. According to TV reports, the building projects were built on cremation area (Shmashaan ghat) and were deemed illegal by the High Court. These areas are community areas and shouldn’t have commercial properties., 

        Though not all the projects are impacted but still major chunk  , few thousands units and layout plan in surrounding area might impact by this order if not sorted out soon. No reaction as of now from authority and builders on this orders.       Further on more research , we found the cases on these lands are more than 3 years old and  builders/authority did not inform buyers about it .  Ponds , Cremation Area and Pashuchar Bhumi (Grassland ) are captured for the development in multiple areas in Noida extensions.  With the current high court order , impacted lands are in tech zone 4 , Noida extension.

2. Price is on high node in current situation .

Recommendation : 
Supertech is grown too fast and multiple projects are in NCR area. Construction Quality is good in some and bad in some of their projects .

Location wise Greater Noida West is a good location to buy since have good proximity to Ghaziabad and Noida but other good projects also available there in comparison of this builder

Negotiate hard to purchase and understand clause properly .
