Builder : Purvanchal (Construction Quality is good as seen other projects by this builder)

Price : 3100 per sq ft (After discount)

Apartment Type : High Rise (24th  floor )

Launch : First Phase (Not on front ) , Second phase will be launch after an year around.

Floor : Size is 1725 - 3065 (with terrace option)

Recommendation :

1. If in your  budget and planning to buy to get a dream flat. Then this is good choice . 

2. Location is good ...hence better investment option . 

3. In Surrounding area lot of other builders also available .. some of them has possession in next year end . 

4. This project is in pre launching phase . Price will increase on launching . 

5. A bit expensive in compare to others .. but value for money for sure . 

6. No small flats are available hence society will be good and good open space .
