Why investing in Noida Expressway a good deal?

Everybody who lives or have researched enough to be ready for living in the Delhi/ NCR region, knows how crowded all the areas of Noida and Greater Noida have become in terms of presence of residential and commercial projects in abundance. While the demand for houses is equal to the number of units supplied, other problems such as road congestion, electricity and value for money houses have worsened to a great extent. The one location that has become a talk of the town because of the interest shown by both end users and investors is Noida Expressway. There is a large number of IT and non IT companies, which are expected to start functioning in the Noida Expressway area. The number of jobs that are expected to be created here can be expected to increase the real estate demand in the area too.

2.      Logix Group
The renowned realty developer of Delhi/ NCR has recently launched their new project Logix Blossom County in Sector 137, right next to the Noida Expressway. The project is offering 2 to 3 BHK apartments of 900 - 1675 Sq. Ft. area size in the price range of INR 44.1 Lac to 83 Lac. The amenities they have on offer are swimming pool, golf course and club etc. which are at par with the standards followed by almost all builders in the area.

Coming up in the most strategic location of Noida, Wave City Center comes third in the list. Being in vicinity of various metro and other commutation routes, the project is spread across a total area of 152 Acres. In this large area, they are offering8500 units that comprises of two of four BHK apartment and studio apartments. While these are the top three projects of Noida, depending on your budget, location, and comfort needs you can opt of various other upcoming projects in both in and around Noida. What you should know that the whole territory is divided according to the price segment. While Noida Extension and Greater Noida still follow the low price trend to sell the excess units, areas that are in the heart of Noida such as Sector 30s and 20s, which have reached their maturity stage might not suit everyone’s pocket needs.
