which is Emmar MGF’s future project in Gurgaon will be in the price range of Rs
9 to 12 Crore.

Lifespace Developers have designed a project in Sector 59 of Gurgaon. Their
research said that due to the positive market emotions, both housing and
commercial real estate investors in India are hopeful about the returns from Gurgaon’s realty property. Most of the
inquirers are the end users (corporate houses) with a high range of profit.

Noida
focused builder Supertech has bagged $65 Million (Rs 400 Crore) with the realty
company Xander Group which is Singapore based, the companies officials mentioned.
The investment will be used in the upcoming township and the group housing plan
of Supertech that will be located in Sector 79 of Gurgaon. The company plans to
develop villas, plots and independent houses in a community spread across 140-acre
land for an investment of approximately Rs 1,100 Crore. The project is in
relation with the company’s idea of developing complexes in Gurgaon. The builder
has decided to initiate around four to five projects in Gurgaon, making the limelight
transfer from the Noida region. The real estate company, which has around 90 Million
sq ft of area development in progress, has three plans: 48 Canvas, Hues and Araville,
which will all be launched in Gurgaon, with Hues recently added to its Gurgaon
portfolio. It is also in talks with Kotak Company to come up with Rs 200 Crore
for yet another project which will be based in Sector 68 of Gurgaon.

area of Gurgaon is gaining attention of high end builders like the AMB Group,
who are coming up with AMB Selfie Square in 37D, Gurgaon. The project which
will be developed in an area of 4 acres will provide commercial spaces at a
price range of Rs. 8000 – 12,000 sq. ft.

which is one of the India’s largest real estate companies, have launched its
new prime residential plus commercial houses at Sector 81 in Gurgaon. This
project will be one of the other similar plans based in the DLF Garden city
which is a 600 Acre of land which includes entertainment, education, commercial,
residential and retail projects in the 81 to 92 Sectors of Gurgaon. The project
has around 23 acres of land with 85% of open areas. It is planned that there will
be 922 flats in the 18 towers of 29 floors each. The price of these houses is expected
to fall in the range of Rs 1.66 Crore.
While it is a good option to have
your own commercial space among companies like Google, Madison Avenue and
Accenture etc. But for those who find Gurgaon on the expensive side or you are
the one who is looking to go into a startup and cannot afford the expense, you
can always buy a flat in Noida and use that as your office space and use the
earnings in buying a commercial property in Gurgaon.
